Complete training for Edius 4.5: Filters, keyers, and titlers

By Michael Downey

With our Edius training, you'll learn to use Edius 4.5's powerful and precise editing tools to create content in any format. Grass Valley's Edius 4.5 gives you more flexibility than ever before, and your host, Michael Downey, will help you master the software.

In this video, host Michael Downey takes a look at filters, keyers, and titlers, showing how to use them to make your videos look the way you want. He explains what a keyer is and shows how to get to the keyer in the Edius interface. He details what a filter is and how it affects the clip, and a titler enables you to add titles to your clip. He shows how to apply these keyers and filters to your clip, explains how to get in the dialog box for the effects, and what the buttons in the box are and how to use them, and the tabs, which enable you to further tweak the keys or filters.
